SCOPING DOCUMENTS
Clear and aligned scope documentation is vital for a successful delivery. We produce formal scoping documents that define what’s in and out of scope, assumptions, exclusions, dependencies and constraints.
Scoping document needs to be simple – listing the above to the right level of detail and leaving the rest to more detailed Business Requirement Document (BRD), Solutions Design Document (SDD) and Technical Specification Document for system implementations.

OPERATIONAL DUE DILIGENCE
We offer deep-dive assessments of wider supply chain, warehouse, transport and ERP infrastructure to support immediate business needs and decisions and strategic planning.
Each due diligence assignment will have its own set of bespoke questions applicable to the customer’s operation. Questions to the point which will provide accurate feedback and unlock implementation planning.
DILO WORKSHOPS
This is a key to understanding an operation and it’s current challenges. What are all intertwined processes in the working space within the 24 hours window and beyond (i.e. Day 1 order for Day 3 service, etc)? Usually referred to as ’24 hours operational clock’ it gives us a great insight into the entire operation and is a key step in identifying issues and creating a path to resolution.

PROCESS FLOW MAPPING
We conduct immersive workshops by shadowing frontline and operational teams to capture detailed ‘as is’ process flows. These insights highlight operational bottlenecks, technology limitations and end-user daily challenges which sometimes go . Outputs feed into automation assessments, WMS/ERP design or process reengineering projects.
We also offer full end-to-end process flow and Value Stream mapping for all corporate departments.
GAP ANALYSIS
Our structured gap analysis identifies the differences between your current operations and desired future state (“To Be”). We evaluate systems, processes, resource capability, desired and actual KPIs and technology enablers to identify inefficiencies, performance gaps and improvements/ investments required. Deliverables include prioritised recommendations, working on easily resolvable issues first and creation of a roadmap to success for more complex challenges.
MILESTONES AND KEY DEPENDENCIES PLANNING
We establish and visualize critical project milestones, timelines and interdependencies using tools like Gantt charts, milestone maps and RAID logs. This planning is essential for successful delivery, especially when managing third-party vendors, IT builds, or change programs.
