Clear and aligned scope documentation is vital for a successful delivery. We produce formal scoping documents that define what’s in and out of scope, assumptions, exclusions, dependencies and constraints. 

Scoping document needs to be simple – listing the above to the right level of detail and leaving the rest to more detailed Business Requirement Document (BRD), Solutions Design Document (SDD) and Technical Specification Document for system implementations.

This is a key to understanding an operation and it’s current challenges. What are all intertwined processes in the working space within the 24 hours window and beyond (i.e. Day 1 order for Day 3 service, etc)? Usually referred to as ’24 hours operational clock’ it gives us a great insight into the entire operation and is a key step in identifying issues and creating a path to resolution.
