Case Study 1: British multinational DIY, home improvement and garden centre retailing company

Overview: We led a multi-phase transformation project for a fully automated warehouse in the Midlands. The initiative included a major technology upgrade from Manhattan WMS v2017 to v2020 and full integration with KNAPP automation and Warehouse Control Systems (WCS).

Overview:
We managed the successful launch of a brand-new 200,000 sqft Customer Fulfilment Centre (CFC) for a major UK supermarket, designed to support over 25,000 online grocery orders per week.

Overview:
We directed the end-to-end logistics transformation for a major designer, developer and manufacturer of a wide variety of aerospace and military systems. The customer was moving from a fragmented model to a centralised NDC supported by regional satellite depots. The project involved the full design and implementation of Manhattan WMS and integration with bespoke CMS/TMS platforms.
