PROJECT MANAGEMENT

We bring clarity, structure and control to complex programmes and fast-moving projects. Using proven project management methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile and in-house developed hybrid models), we help deliver on time, on budget and to the right quality while managing change, risk and stakeholder expectations.

Whether you’re building or facilitating a warehouse, implementing a new WMS or leading business transformation –  our bespoke approach can be an answer to any challenges.

Our PM Approach in Action

We adapt our delivery model to fit your organisation whether that’s a Waterfall structure for many traditional in-house projects and transitions, Agile for WMS/ digital products or a hybrid approach for cross-functional transformation. Across all projects, we embed best practices in governance, reporting and stakeholder engagement.

HIGH-LEVEL PLANNING WORKSHOPS

Local Source

Our project kick-off and planning workshops set the foundation for success by aligning all key internal (and where required external) stakeholders to the project scope and requirements, vision, delivery approach and execution roadmap. We bring together cross-functional leaders and SMEs to collaboratively define goals, roles, timelines and key assumptions.

Outcomes are aligned teams and clearly identified workstreams and work packages, high-level project plan and Plan On A Page (POAP) which unlock potential and are stepping stone in building more comprehensive Gantt charts and all relevant project documents (detailed PDDs, RAID Logs, BRDs, etc)

WORKSTREAMS MANAGEMENT

We manage multiple concurrent workstreams with structured governance, strong stakeholder coordination and central visibility. Steering Group and Senior stakeholder management both internal and customer facing, work packages management and control, regular scrum meetings and plan reviews and comprehensive project control and governance.

PLAN ON A PAGE (POAP)

Local Source

Plan On a Page is executive-ready document summarising the project lifecycle and key milestones and dependencies on a single slide. POAP is ideal as a quick point of reference in Senior stakeholder meetings at Steering Group and Executive level, as well as a ‘ground zero’ for further workstream planning.

GRANULAR-LEVEL DETAILED PLANNING

Local Source

We develop and maintain detailed delivery plans using various planning tools. However, the key is to make the plans user friendly and easy to absorb. Each client is approached in an unique way and the best method of engagement identified and followed through.

Detailed plans provide full traceability, version control and adequate level of detail and even further granularity where required.
